Is this program vegan, WFPB, SOS Free, SOFAS Free?

You betcha! But I don't really use those acronyms. They make it more complicated than necessary! Since it's possible that not everyone in your life is on board with the idea, I'll teach you how to make modifications and adaptations to suit every palate and preference!

What if I'm not 100%?

Welcome to the club! No one can expect to be 100% perfect about anything, and anyone that tells you otherwise is full of crap! You'll find quickly that I don't get snippy about making "mistakes" or going "off-plan." This is real life, mama!

What if I'm super busy?

If you're crazy busy, then you'll appreciate this system more than anyone else. My whole purpose is to make this easier for you, so everything you'll find here is concise, clear, and action-oriented.

If you make 10-15 minutes a day to at least watch the videos, it'll pay you back tenfold!

How long do I have access?

What if my family is not on board - like, at all?

What if I'm travelling during the Plunge, can I take it later?

One of the most effective things about the Plunge is the group momentum of starting together and finishing together. It's why road races are so popular. We could each go out and run a 5K on our own if we trained for it, but it's way more fun to do it with a group of other people!

Travelling the same route alone doesn't have the same effect. So, I always advise folks to just try their best, and you know what - some of the most successful people figured out a way to make it work while travelling, and it made sticking with it so much easier afterward!

Results can come by way of weight loss, looser clothing, having more energy, or just plain feeling better. The more closely you follow the program, the faster you'll see results!
